Would it not be an advantage in the non league rounds to have as many rookies in your team from now till round 7 to increase the overall value of your team??? then replace with premiums after round 7???  eg bring tom libber info joel selwood?? a increase in value of 200k..

umm yeah sure if you want to burn trades go ahead, what you going to do 2 trades this week, 2 more for the next week, then same to get them out??

tails277

yep..... will have a team that is worth 1 million more than anyone else's,  fitting two more premiums in at the end of the season..

Interesting concept! I never thought of that. Would have been better to think of this prior to the season starting ;P

PICCOLLO

24 trades.  It can't be done.  Most premium for rookie swaps will cost two trades, ie. two rookies for around 350 = 700 = 1 premium and 1 new rookie.  Therefore (not allowing for injury) you can only bring in 12 premiums for the year.  If you're using trades to sell premiums now and get rookies in, you have even less.

just did it.... have 8 rookies in my team with cash left over of 1.1 million, just got rid of j riewolt as he is only av 63 due to 0 last week to pick up libba.... riewolt will decrease unless he scores over 160 points... so i think a net gain should be in the vacinity of over 250k for this trade....   will do the same for selwood with a gold coast player next week.... will have a 14 million $ team in Aug...

Mistake number one, never finalise your trades on a Tuesday regardless of your strategy.

not worried about a league win this week.......... purely about capital growth...
