Foley and Astbury trade

I have Foley mid and Astbury in the back. Both being under performing regardless of gastro etc.

Is it worth trading astbury to a rookie and upgrading Foley. Or the other way around.

My mid is : Swan, Pendlebury, Montagna, Boyd, Foley, Swallow, Harris, Curnow and hibberd

Defence is : Goddard, Gibbs, Deledio, Grimes, Lower, Otten, Heppel, Duigan, Stanley and Astbury.

Considering foley to ward depending on how he goes today.

Ideas on what way i should go.

I'm in the exact same situation. I'm tossing up between the Foley to Ward trade. or Foley to Curnow... If I go the Curnow options I can upgrade Astbury to Delidio. Something for me to think about during the week!

Foley is slow, handball happy and very dettached from AFL footy, he must get traded.
