Being in Qld have seen a number of Coast games and it is obvious that he has the respect of players and they look up to him. As we know still puts out the SC scores by leading by example. So basically I am saying his example as Captain on and off the field has been ok.

Agree, he's proved to be a top choice. It's good to see Gold Coast get that very important decision right.
