while overall i agree, my usual thing is to use 1 or 2 trades before prices go up. this is done to either, get i a player i have missed, who has performed well and has enhanced his JS (usually a rookie, curnow like) before they rise, offload a player who seems to be struggling with someone around his price who is flying. yes sideways trade but it if its gonna get u more points...

the fact that we also have 24 trades now enables us to be able to make adjustments to our team that will have major impacts before the prices change. i see this period as an opportunity to improve your team.....no one picks a perfect team straight up!

This yr mor than ever you'll want 6 trades last 3 rds. Trade out byes for equivalents playing or early season surgeries. Save them. If you aren't happy with a set up atleast wait 2 weeks. If there is a Barlow or eski that should be the only exception.

It happens every year j959. The same people who ask for help then ask about trading in round 1. You only need to trade in round 1 if you cop a LTI (Brown, Lecras). If you have to trade in round 1 for anything other than that they you have a shower team and deserve to lose all your trades.

ive already planned out my trades :D

definately going yarran to petrie after round 4.. or could even do knights to petrie or even richardson to petrie! if i get a bit of money :D

other players to upgrade are otten, swallow, jamar, which leaves plenty of trades for injuries/panic trades :P
