Pretty sure it has to be one of the players named on the bench though...

i doubt very much that the sub will be someone who is in the starting 18 as thats just tight to fantasy footy teams.

Richmond- Nahas(for pace), Batchelor(to introduce him slowly into AFL level)

Carlton- Curnow or Armfield in my opinion
