I need thoughts on this one, Its racking my brain.

I currently have Boyd and Yarran but think that Foley may be the pick of 2011.

IMO Boyd can improve from a DTer to a SC gun - noting captaincy, hand injury may have restricted him a little last year and there are so many bulldog players that usually get a tag ahead of him. Yarran won't be a sub and will get more of the ball this season and could average anywhere from 75-90 with more TOG and responsibility - this will see him rise before Carlton first bye - to assess to see if he is a low end keeper or if a sideways trade is available to a fallen premium.

on the other side

IMO Johnson will have more rotations through the midfield with the sub rule and has the capacity to get 150+ in games. There is the question over his quite games but i think this will be less of an occurence this year.

There is question marks over Foley - can he stay injury free and can he average 95-100 to be a keeper?

Please provide your thoughts with reasons to back them up.

Note I am going for ranking not a league win.

boyd and yarran get my pick johnny will only paly about 15 games

Johnson usually gets 20 odd possessions so if he bags 4-5-6 goals every now and then he'll average over 100 easily

I guess like any team you need to make the decision yourself - I think Boyd & Yarran will average more anyway and is less risky.
