reserve rucks

i have a dilemma - i have cox and fraser as starting rucks. first reserve is z.smith.

Rd 1 means i need my fourth ruck to play. im thinking derickx because he is cheap enough to be a fourth ruck and could play.

what other cheap ruck options are available that should suit up early?

haha yeah i have keefe on the shortlist - the only thing with keefe is he will prob still get squeezed out with reid coming back.

he may get a gig as a sub but im not sure if he rucks - only played defense at the pies while learning the game

Not sure I'd get to excited about Keefe. Only an option if another 1 or 2 backmen are out.

i am planning on two trading in round 9... upgrade a suns rookie and fraser to sandilands.

it gives them 7 games - i will likely sacrifice a few grand as they prob havent hit BE yet but its a more complex game this year.

If you have enough money to UPGRADE a suns rookie, and Fraser to Sandilands, then why not just buy Sandilands now?

i reckon bench depth is going to be important early to save trades- as a result i dropped sandi for fraser and i now have yarran as my sixth forward. i had sandi and cox locked in early... i dont see sandi improving his average now with him saying he will play forward more this year.

it is a risk... i agree, but i see presti bumping up to 300 and fraser to 400 by then... hopefully mzungu is ready to come back round then and the other 600 can go to sandi

i am on derickx. nothing much has been said about since rd1 of the nab cup. figures should come out soon with how he has been doing soon.
