Thinking of going Otten, Heppell and Coad myself as the last 3 for the Backs.
With the spare cash, could look to upgrade SChuey and Houli (unless you/he thinks they are in for big years). Don't let me stand in your/his way ;).
Forwards have potential 8). Watch ROK to see if he plays Tagger (bad) or HF Flank (Good).
