Thoughts on Conca? Will he be a certain starter and score well? Am I better off getting polec or gaff?

We can't exactly tell atm, you have to wait for all of NAB to be completed to make some of the correct choices of rookies, they've only played 2 halve games. Though based on TAC Gaff is the best choice atm.

you would have to think conca is a chance to start rd 1, in a developing team. they love him down there.

I agree with the above. It's hard to choose right now but either of the 3 should play as their teams need help in the midfield. I reckon he should start from round 1 but depends on how Hardwick sees him. He was chosen quite above what many picked him to go at, so Tigers must have seen something in him to choose him that early.
