Deledio V Connors

Connors played well on the weekend and i currently have him in my backline and deledio in the mid is it worth using deledio in my midfield and then when one of my dual positon backmen peaks in price swap deledio into the backline for him and then upgrade the rookie to a mad midfielder?

or is it bad to have both connors and deledio in my backline

or should i just use what cash i have to put like murphy into my centres and have deledio or connors in my backline.

the mpp doesnt really work as cover isnt an issue till rd 11 and you would be well into upgrading by then

Connors is pretty pricey. but im going for both atm

I have thought Dids all pre-season but changed him to Connors last week - I am sure I will change between them another 20 times before lock-out  :P

Connors

I was torn on whether to pick him last year when he was 150k. I didnt luckily, as he had that alcohol problem during the season. However he would have proved and awesome pickup if you got him during the season.

This year he is very expensive. You have to hope all of his issues are behind. No Mpp. But I just feel he could be in the top 10 backs for dt this year if he is well behaved


Lids
I think i will end up with lids. He has Mpp, and is a proven player. I also think the sub rule will work to his advantage. He always seems to rip it up in final quarters, and with other players tiring earlier due to the sub rule maybe he can rip up the third quarter too

I think im going to stick with lids.... but it could be a case where theres only 30 seconds until final lockout and i panic trade connors in :D

you playin the rookie on the field? if so swapping them doesnt achieve anythin

it does as there is more people in the centre to score higher and hes on the bench anyway
