Mids: Swan, G.Ablett, Hayes, Armitage, Gaff, Krakouer (Mzungo/Atley/Hibberd)

Rucks: Sandilands, Trengrove (J.Craig/M.Bailey)

Fwds: Harvey, N.Riewoldt, J.Reiwoldt, J.Anthony, K.Tippet, Monfries, Stevens (Post/Ablett/Markovic)

Like a lot of beginner DTer's, you're making the mistake of picking way too many players in the $200k-$350k price range. You should be aiming to upgrade to a team consisting entirely of players that average over 85 by the end of the year, but this starting team has only 10 guys who will probably average over 85 and a whole load of guys who will neither average 85 nor gain any value. Of the guys you have picked in that price range, the only ones I think are good picks for DT this year are Jack Riewoldt and Jack Grimes. Your #4-#7 backs are all bad picks, go for discounted players (see http://www.fanfooty.com.au/blog/2011/02/10/2011-discounts-premiums) or rookies instead of key position players like Jamison who will simply never be good DT scorers.

Your forward bench is poor, there are heaps of better options than those three (Cam Richardson, Ian Callinan, Isaac Smith, Brandon Matera, Dion Prestia etc).

There are a few other weaknesses in this team, but I think the problems that we have mentioned so far need to be fixed first. If you are serious about scoring well in DT this year, I suggest you fix the above two things and repost your team to be rated again.

is mumford injured or just not playing Nab cup?

to many mid pricers for my liking but each to there own

armitage - bartel/murphy/simpson/selwood etc
craig - smith
j.riewoldt - green/silvia/franklin etc
monfries - callinan

much more balanced, and likely to score much more!

Don't mind it mid pricers can work... Just a matter of picking the right ones. I'd leave it how it is for now.
