Fletch74 and a few others sum it up nicely, You won't see a Swan or Ablett getting subbed unless it's halfway thru the last qtr and the game is won, It's added an even bigger twist and thought process into DT and SC selections too ;-), It'll sort out the MEN from the Boys in fantasy lol

It's a shocking rule. It's not going to stop injuries at all.

exactly... if we already have 4 players on the bench normally and 1 gets injured your down to 3 players left

new rule if you hav 3 on the bench and 1 gets injured then subbed off u still hav 3 on the field!!! whats the difference....

i reckon sc and dt should take the same approach the afl do ta the teams and allow u ta put ur team in 90 mins before bounce down..only lockout on game day i reckon and let us make changes ta players that havent obviously played 30 mins before the game but u must have ur captains selected friday night so people cant do the tactic that alot of us used
