What do you reckon Ryan Gamble's chances of playing a big role in St Kilda's forward line this season are? Is he a viable DT option?

Apparently a while back he was tipped to be a small forward role for the Saints (next to Milney). Not sure what has come of it but I'm keeping an eye for him as I liked what I saw back at Geelong.

He could be a nice Cash Cow for DT but wouldn't expect miracles. Saints are defensive = Deep forwards find it hard to score well consistently (Roo is an excveption as he pushes up). The likes of Milne, Kosi, etc find it harder as they play deeper and wait for the ball to come down. But Saints are known to chip it alot down back and keep the teams at bay.

All in all, I'll keep him watchlisted for now and see how he progresses through until a week or two out of round 1.
