Scully, who is battling knee soreness, failed to make the trip to Adelaide on Thursday and won’t play in the club's NAB Cup opener against the Crows and Port Adelaide at AAMI Stadium on Friday night.

Scully joins Robbie Campbell (Achilles), Jack Fitzpatrick (foot), James Frawley (pectoral muscle), Nathan Jones (back), Jordie McKenzie (groin), Michael Newton (wrist), Ricky Petterd (hamstring) and Matthew Warnock (ankle) on the sidelines.
