League based on ranking, inc. Divs for FF memebers

Last year there was talks of a ranking system for FF members to jjoin leauges based on last years ranking to create the best and most competitive leagues for each FF memeber possible.

Is this still going underway ?

If not, i am up for a competitive league for my 5th league spot.
