Rucking Hell

Now, its no well kept secret that ruckmen are indeed the lowest scoring line. therefore i do not see the need to be unloading 1 mill on the four players there.

i currently have Cox as my number 1, ____ at number 2
with zac smith and joel tippet on the bench.
i previously had jolly as my second ruck. good? or better options? cheers.

I like Jolly as number 2, but why no Sandi out of curiousity? too expensive?

yeah too expensive and "apparently" has been having foot problems this year. anyway with freo recruiting jon griffen i see a lot more of sandi in the forward line anyway (may not be a bad thing but....)

use Petrie as 2nd ruck or just plain go Z Smith 2nd...

Z Smith second would be super brave and could catch you out come bye time.
I have Petrie in the ruck and at this stage can't use his mpp status but with his price I'd have been happy to pick him without mpp and if required I may be able to utilise the multi-pos factor at sometime in the season.

i would have petrie as my second ruck BUT that means i would need J tippet on my forwards bench (which is already choca-bloc)

J Tippet is rookie listed at the moment anyway so unless he gets elevated u should reevaluate...

Jonathon Griffen is a spud IMO

Although Sandilands had a foot problem at some point last year and he was talking about using the byes to manage his injury.

I'm still going to persist with him as he is by far the biggest scorer in ruck.

With the midfield, defence and forward costing me so much. I have personally gone for Petrie as my second ruck and Smith as cover. I'm assuming Smith will play most games.

Agree with all the above.
Jonathan Griffen has an excellent tank but has foot issues similar to Sandilands and just can't seem to lock down a senior spot.
