Some issues there. Only 3 keeper backs, and troubles all round the ground really.

I'd get rid of Boomer or Hodge for a n00b. Cash in Fraser for Smith for starters!

Some nice uniques though! I question Wilson though

would convert Wilson and bock in the back to a premium and a chepaer premium (e.g Brough and Gilbee)
start conca and get rid of Rohan for a rooky. llok to upgrade Cotchin to a premium or downgrade to no1 draft pick ;D
not sure on tippet. rest is good
