Richard Tambling - what does everybody think about him? Unique?

What does everyone think about new Crows recruit Richard Tambling. Had an excellent 2009 but an appauling 2010. With a new club, could he come back to his best? Could he be a unique in the mids? He could pay off. Possibly a smokey. I'm contemplating on getting him as my 4th mid at the moment.

What do you guys think?

Has had 2 surgery's between clubs, knee and adductor.
The main problem with Tambling was in between the ears and the Crows have fixed that by assigning Andrew McLeod as a mentor.
His role will be similar to McLeod's but with Otten already in a lot of teams I can't see this Crow being worth a shot, definately not as a 4th mid.
