Is this gonna be the year he finally pulls his finger out and plays good consistent footy, or is he gonna be the same NDS ?

Wish it was NDS finger we were worried about him pulling out!  ::)

Unfortunately, with a heavy heart I concur.  Saints have seen their best years from the formerly fleet footed middy.  The second grand final confirmed, he is sometimes useful and consistent, but never again will he blitz them with leg-speed. 

I don't even think he's worth a lot to trade at this point.

Same Nick Dal Santo - but he is actually VERY consistent if you look at his annual averages rather than his game to game deviation - and isn't that what's important in a Premium you are considering keeping for the entire season ?
