Nathan Foley is a good player.

But is he worth picking up? He as had ALOT of probs with his body over then last few years. Also is he a good scorer?

You have to ask yourself, him or a good rookie? I think Gaff or Swallow would be a better pick.

Tell me what you think.

depends on your struture Harls, if you're looking for a mid-pricer (seems to be the go for people chasing overall ranking) then if fit for Rd1, he's your man.

but if you've got other considerations like looking for cash cows to make money for upgrades then you're prob better served going for D Swallow, Gaff, Heppell etc, etc ...

obviously his inj record is the risk inherent in his 'fallen premium status' ... that's the risk/reward dilemma you have to work out for yourself and your team structure ...

I went to a Richmond training session yesterday and Foley was running really well and looks pretty fit. He is a gun and there is no way you could go past him if he plays round 1 at that price. Another point to note is that Richmond's midfield depth has improved with the recent inclusion of Grigg, Houli and Conca and with Martin and Cotchin improving the pressure will not be on Foley like it was a few years back where he had to shoulder the load of a poor midfield. This will help him with his injury problems no doubt.

good ill note that total tiger ( Richmond fan :) )

how did Conca look at the traning sesh?? Will he be the next martin in your Dream Team?

hmmmm i am undecided...

harris, shuey and foley are all vying for one spot :)

Total Tiger

Yeah i know exactly where you are coming from elephants, Harris, Shuey, Foley, Anthony, Mclean, Kerr, Gaff and D Swallow, theres so much good value all vying for a couple of spots.

elephants

and the funny thing is some of these players will fail miserably and others will soar, so we have to jump on the right ones :)
