let me paint the picture for you. crows up by 43 at the half, we decided to go shopping because the game was over. was in kmart one minute and the second half had just started. got home turned on tv and crows were up by a few. BAM! then proceeded to watch them get beat til it was all over.

let us not forget that essendon have only won 4 premierships in the last 45 years.

and they won 6 premierships in the first 30 years of the competition, where the afl was a joke and a fitness tool for cricketers and army folk.  Essendon are a has been side, who's sixteen premierships are a joke, Carlton's sixteen and even Collingwood's fifteen have been much more impressive than Essendon's.
