What do you think about Cale Morton in 2011?

He played through injury in 2010 for a DT avg of 86 (played10 of 22 games) but his price is a bit heavy at an estimated $367,400.

"He is going to be a very important player for us in the future with his flexibility going mid, forward and back. We think 2011 is going to be a big year for Cale." http://www.afl.com.au/news/newsarticle/tabid/208/newsid/105045/default.aspx

ridley

will have to watch his nab cup, am a big fan of him and his dt game...such a slut.

although am concerned about his lack of pace and seems to be 'lanky'

I really like the looks of him for DT. I also agree with most of the points ridley brought up as well.

Very lean and needs to build some muscle. Not the fastest so not sure how he gets so many possessions without being tough or pacey!!!

Will certainly get games when fit and I doubt he'll get tagged with Sylvia, Scully and Trengove more than likely ahead of him there.

He's certainly capable, but too unreliable.  Appears to be somewhat injury-prone.  With Melbourne's current structures can't really see him improving on last year's averages.

Boomz

I'll give him another season to prove himself before I pick him...

he deff has the scoring capability in DT, would love to see him bulk up a bit aswell, could possibly play a Sam Gilbert-like role across half back (tall that plays free) now in the absence of Bruce, as that midfield is getting some talent thru it

yeah...... NO nah i will leave him.
