When everyone goes to Scotland or Ireland, if u are think of selling players,is it worth playing them so that they get more experience and thus are worth more?

No point playing players if your best XI is fit and ready ;)
Any cash you get from extras is a bonus ;) Although playing them when your guns are tired is a good idea ;)

Takes quite some time for experience to pop so better off selling him now and ridding him and his wages ;).

What HP said, takes a while for experience to pop so probably not worth it just if they are going to get 1 or 2 games here and there.
