Jacobs looks ready made as a rebounding defender for Port, a perfect replacement for Nathan Krakouer

They're (Port) are talking about replacing Krakouer's spot (not that Krakouer played much last year) with Marlon Motlop, he's finally had solid pre-season without injury.

With Jacobs, you'll find he'll probably replace Jacob Surjan IMO as he won't be ready for round 1.

But for those who are thinking about slotting him, do so as I think he'll be better as SC as his efficiency his very good, and he's got MPP as well which is a massive plus.
