Help on what to do with Liam Anthony

Ok, so my sitution is that ruck, forward and back lines are all solid. Only emergency not playing is raines (decided to wait him out). I have Anthony on the bench in the middle and want to trade sideways for a cash cow. I already have beams, so that leaves me with the Zaka option.  Heres the kicker, i have already used 3 trades, so im starting to get into the dngerous teritory. Im just worried that i wont have enough cash cow opportunities. Any thoughts?

mate u sound like if anything youve got too many cash cow opportunities. it is going to be hard for you to cull them all between rounds 5-10 as well as upgrading your on field cash cows to premiums. i think that it is actually quite a good idea to keep anthony for this reason, so that you can cull him at about rd 11-14. If butler is not named this week however i would consider trading him to zaha. however i dont beleve zaha will get the 7-8 games needed to fatten up pricewise. this is because i think the dons have a lot of players fighting for midfield roles. So i would probably leave 'as is' for now mate. this is what ive done anyway.

Cheers for that. Its funny because i just read another post FanFooty Forum > Salary cap competitions > Super Coach > Players in SC > Liam Anthony? with a very similar situation to mine and the reasons why hanging on to him is the way to go. Pretty imilar to what you said, just in many more words.

Sorry about the amount of words!! The only other thing, is that I haven't used any trades. If I had already used 3, I would definitely not be trading.

i've made no trades yet and i've got rich playing with beams and anthony on the bench.
i'm pretty sure i'll trade zarahkis in this week to make some cash while he's going strong!!
anthony was good in the preseason but we dont really know when he will be back playing and if his foot holds up to afl?? i think i have plenty of time to make some cash with zaharkis and then offload one of them for anthony later if he plays - and plays well.

Worth getting rid off. Z or Beams are going to make nice cash, i'll be getting rid of Anthony for beams, who should see a 70k price hike.
