Potential to become worse?... He hardly improves. Has one or 2 good games a year and they seem to be against us :(

Fletch doesnt play as much of a stopping role any more. He lts younger players ie. Hurley & Hooker take the defender and he floats across and helps out.

Pears is going to be a gun! Can concede goals at times but he will get better and is actually quite damaging going the other way.
