Considering Ateltico are 2 nil down and playing away to Rubin Kazan in the second leg it's going to be very tough for them to even get through to the round of 16. Same with Liverpool being down 2 nil, but they are playing at home in the second leg, but probably won't get through anyway.

I would say Inter have to be the favourites. Ajax a smokey considering the final is being played at their home stadium.

Well here are the fixtures for the last 16 (my predicted winner in bold)

Anzhi vs Newcastle
Viktoria Plzen vs Fenerbahce
Stuttgart vs Lazio
Steaua Buceresti vs Chelsea (Buceresti will surprise Chelsea at home, but Chelsea will win it in the return leg at the Bridge)
Benfica vs Bordeaux
Tottenham vs Inter (matchup of the round)
Levante vs Rubin Kazan
Basel vs Zenit

The Russians should get 3 teams through to the final 8, but Basel could defeat Zenit.
