That probably explains his year :P

I look at my team every day and write down every idea I think of.  I then assess those idea's after teams have been announced on Thursday and come up with a short list of idea's.  Those idea's are then re-assessed on Friday after final teams are named (Sunday teams) and then take action if required (ie trades, captain choice, emergencies etc)
