IMO, trades advice varies according to each different team structure. 
My advice is regarding your two options changes depending on how your team is faring so far this season..
If you can afford risk, chappy.
If you cannot afford risk, joey.

I am presuming you are looking at a midfield trade.  If I were you, I'd look at getting Joey now in the mids, and looking for an upgrade to chapman in the fwds if possible.. I have them both and I worry about neither each week. :)

chappy is very injury pronee and especially this time of the season
joeyy also has the risk of getting rested, but at least he will play most games for certain, with chappy you just arent sure

yeah i will win one of my leagues hands down, unbeaten atm averaging 2100, next best is 1940
the other league im sitting 3rd, clear by 4 points and percentage to 4th with 2 definate wins coming up but in that league im ranked 4th on average points so i think i need to risk it.
the three teams ahead of me only one has joey so maybe he is a go, as all have chappy
