im seriously thinking about it because i can afford to go balla to pay and gumby to neon giving me a forward line of brown gia rok stevey j pav neon n pods with brennan on the bench for a while with gumby

Russ dogga

Well i was thinking i mite jump on him next week as his B/e is still 95 so could drop a bit more cash

vman33

is Leon Davis worth buying at his current price of $299,200? Will he bounce back from his poor form?

im thinking of trading Ballantyne who has an average of 71 for Davis who's current average is 67...
If Davis regains his form from last season where his average was over 110 he would definitely be worth it

Worth the risk??

vman33

oh and forgot to mention i have 12 trades left...

DT Junkie

nope... playing a different role these days mick isnt playing him thru the midfield so I wouldnt take the chance

mehaff17

Yeah i'd steer clear of him. Unless the Pies run into a few midfield injuries i can't see him averaging the 110 he did last year in his current role.

elephants

mate im in the exact same position with the same amount of trades.

nup again he is too risky. dale thomas seems to have taken his position on the wing

selwoodgun

Anyone think he is worth it at 299 for a straight swap from rioli because he is going so bad

GinoGod

na i dont like that trade. but watch him score big tonight. loves playing in perth

The Grundles

don't worry about rioli....he will come good soon.  He is still carrying a bit of a niggle with his groin, but the guys a super star, lets not forget that 130 he scored....just screams potential!

The Grundles

also neons role has changed this season...the likes of wellingham, sidey etc are getting the midfield jobs and leons confined to the forward line...doesn't get a huge amount of the pill down there...for DT purposes anyway

Ruckus

Whats the go with Leon? Massive drop in points this year. Hardly had a run on the ball. Could it be that Mick is saving his legs for the 2nd half of the season? If he gets to play on the ball, and his confidence back, could he possibly be a good pick up for the last part of the season? Love to hear peoples thoughts.

KRZTRK

i hope so... i just got him yesterday... sideways trade with peterson... hes covering higgins until he comes back & then is great bench security...

Ruckus

As a Collingwood fan i hope it works out well for you! Seems such a waste to have him sitting forward all game after a stella last season getting a run on the ball. Thought he may have got his chance with Dids being out last week. But no. I'll be keeping an eye on him, waiting for his role to change. Could be a late season star! (i hope).

valkorum

He isnt getting the midfield time this year as that appears to be going to Dids, Daisy, Bluescope and Beams.  I didnt expect Leon to score well this year as you cant have all 5 of them pushing up the ground.
