There is plenty of threads around about this, but basically....

If you choose Hodge as you VC then select GAJ/Goddard as your C you can change your C next week.  If Hodge rips it up and you want his score as C then you put GAJ/Goddard to the bench and then put on a non playing player (has to be from a team that is playing in the second week) and put the C on them.  If your VC stinks it up then just select your C as normal from the remaining available players.
and pray to god that non playing player isnt a late call up
finally JKT is useful! there is no way he'll get a game
will have to double check the emergencies for the teams this weekend
yet hawks play tonite....FARK!!! there goes that statergy
JKT remains still as useless as tits on a bull

Adelaide, Melbourne, Saints, Pies, Cats and Swans are the only teams you can choose from

H Playfair
P Davis
T Hunt
D Hughes
M Seaby
D Bradshaw

These players spring to mind as ones you can use.  There are probably more but..... look them up yourself :P

Luke Ball for me. Tossing up between Hodge and Franklin. Not a whole heap of options for me this week. Im not confident on putting Barlow down.

I think its worth a risk putting the VC on a player that 'may' get a big score, especially if you have a GAJ/Swan/Goddard type player you can use as as your captain in week 2.  Barlow, Waters, Malceski, Carrazzo are those types of players.

Heres a question noone has thought of.  I have Brennan and Dennis-Lane as my benchies, I want Brennan as emergency for cover, but I also want TDL for the loophole.  If I just select 2 emergencies this week, can I select my 3rd emergency next week, or do I have to lock all 3 in right now before the round starts?

Yes you can as long as your third emergency is playing in the 2nd week

I'm pulling out at the 11th hour. I had Daniel Currie (Swans) as captain but I just wouldn't be able to live with myself if he's named next week.

Dane Swan gets the C, Boyd gets the VC, Cox and Sandilands are my starting ruckmen, and I sleep soundly for the next fornight.
