Midfielders: Van Der Vaart, Sneijder (C), Milner, Guardado
Forwards: Messi, Villa, Gilardino
Bench: Nelson

Down this page it has starting teams but i'm not sure how accurate they are but at least its something to start fixing your squads up with.

Tough 1. Both should do well and it would be hard to split them. Easy group stage should help either of them.

Agree, but be careful when it comes to the third game. They might rest one of them if they've already qualified for the next round. I think Schneider is the perfect midfielder this Cup.
