Finishing on top of your league means squat

Thought and hoped to win all of my leagues after finishing on top of all 3.
Well after yesterday that aint goin to happen.
The scores of Cooney, Newman, Mumford and Tippett put me too far behind those of one my opponents who had Monty and Dal.
In another league my weakest I am home and hosed...158 up with Rockliff in hand v A Smith.
And in the other it will be close...What do you think?

ME V HIM
303pts up v Grima, Cox, Hitchcock

Boomz

Should win fairly easy unless one of them kicks the last goal or something lol

I think I'll win it.
I'm just in a filthy supercoach mood now and am expecting the worst lol.
Their last 3 game average adds up to 280...so could be close.

Reckon your opponent will get you Enzedder, very close though!

Finished 1st, 2nd and 4th in my leagues, and thanks largely to Dennis-Lane filling in marvelously for O'Keefe, will most likely make GF in all 3. Unless something drastically bad happens

Trades in the finals mean a lot more than top 4 in SC.

I've walked into the Granny from 6th in my most competitive league. I've lead the league (or at least the top 8) in scoring every week of the finals. The idea is to just ensure you make top 8 during the season, but build your team so no one will be able to touch it come finals time.

It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Exactly this, though top 4 is handy also
