this my team the high flyers currently second on my leagues ladder the guy on top is the only one who has beaten me

i`m thinking i need to get rid of shuey or jkt to someone that will play every week not sure who and then downgrade playfair maybe in a couple of weeks then get rid of rioli to whatever premium i can afford.i don`t have many trades left so i need to get it right over the next few weeks so my team can just sit and score me some points.any suggestions and opinions are greatly appreciated
