I could swap Gumby to Watts or Jaensh and upgrade silvangi to Sam Fisher.
this would leave my team looking like this
Hodge, Goddard, Enright, Kelly, Goodwin, Fisher, Waters (Webberley, Roberton)
GAJ, Swan, Barlow, Gibbs, Joel Selwood, Watson (JKT, Sheuy)
Sandilands, Cox (warnock, some 77k cat)
Giansiracusa, ROK, Brown, stevie J Higgins, Goodes, Podsiadly (Playfair, Watts or Jaensch). This would leave me with only 7 trades. but i think my bench players are solid and i think 7 trades is enuf for LTI's. My aim is to get the highest possible overall ranking.

i dont think not having bench rucks is a reason for not doing this trade.

I don't either, but could be a problem for your trades later.  I'm in the same boat with Warnock and Lobbe covering for Hille and Hmac, been taking hmac donuts for past 2 weeks and luckily still winning.  I might move Warnock down to Skipper just fo cover.
