I am still finalising my Grimes replacement and one of the names I am considering in Dempsey because

- Costs 206K so relatively cheap, this price is lower than it should be because he only played 4 games last year and got injured and a 0 in 1 game which lowered his average
- Runs fast and kicks well so the dons should try and get the ball in his hands
- Should be able to hold a spot in the 22 each week

Having said that I only really started considering him yesterday so I know nothing of his preseason form and I haven't seem his in anyones team.

Is he he injured, crap or a well kept secret?

i rate him! i had him locked in to my original team but have cut him to make way for other trades - though i'm trying to put him back in.
He's averaged 56 in the 4 nab games and should get plenty of it.
should play 22 games
Only concernn is he is injury prone!! but wortha gamble i think and he's one that everyone seems to have skipped over

Still only 22 - but seems to have only played 3/4 games last year, only 1 in 2007 and only 5 in 2006 so does sound injury prone or out of favour pre Knights...

Definitely in our best 22 IMHO, but as others have said, extremely injury prone... though fit at the moment as far as I'm aware :-)  Was top 20 draft pick in 2005.

capable of big things if he stays fit and doesnt get injured he just needs to put games together n who know how good he can b!

Good choice but will cost you a trade at some stage. He has a poor injury history, esp with hamstrings. Just have to hope he goes up enough to make him a decent cash cow.
