Midfield Rookie Strategy

Wish I had gone with the 3 rookie midfield, Barlow, Martin and Trengove. If you look at the things the top teams all share(apart from the stock standard picks) it seems to be having a 3 rookie midfield. Obviously they then used the extra cash to improve there team.  :(

I did that but it was my benchies that let me down :'(.

I started with 6 rookie mids and loaded up fwd & back. along with swan & pendlebury had barlow, trengove, scully, martin, bastinac & rohan (to swing a fwd if i needed). In 2 weeks i will have a midfield of ablett, swan, pendlebury, selwood (have all these now), plus montagna & dal santo.

Would need very good rookie mid depth to do it again but it was the right year to chance it and MPP insurance sold it to me  8)
