I was looking at it and was wondering if any1 knows how it works ?

just looks like u have 16 teams and have a draft where u take turns to pick a player, then id say it works the same as normal dreamteam

its a draft system so only 1person can have ablett swan etc which is a little more strategical than heres ur money pick ur team also u  can trade between teams(unlimited) only ten teams per league u play each other once top 4 play round 21, 2 winners playoff in round 22

Its a draft, then you can trade players with other coaches in your league. The scoring is the same as DT.
