Bringing in elite midfielders is essential next year

Bombers need some elite midfielders to take some of the heat off Watson who is the only real star in the midfield at the dons. Essendon will never be a serious threat until this happens. We don't have time to wait until Melksham or any of the youngsters become good. Bombers need to target the best available midfielder at the end of this year.

Yeah i agree. If we dont get at least 1 quality midfielder we wont be a premiership contender for at least 3-4 more years.

i sort of agree but we have Stanton, Winderlich who can also go up foward and some others..

Both are good players, but neither are elite Hilly. I'm talking elite like Bartel, Chris Judd, NDS. Stanton is more of a stats king then a player who can decide a match like Watson.
