Hey all,

Looking at a defensive upgrade this week.

Current - Goddard, Hodge, Malceski, Hargrave, Waters, Maguire, P Davis (Silvagni and Nason)

15 trades left. $530k in bank.

Leaning towards - Silvangi > Enright. But with Enright's BE quite high this week (around 130). Worth waiting it out another week or upgrading to another option/s?

Hurn, H Shaw, Grundy, Gilbert, Gilbee?? Or do I go for a unique, like - Jordan Russell??

Silvagni > Enright trade leaves about $280k for upgrade use elsewhere...

Cheers

Blueboys

Don't get sucked in for Russell. Hurn, Shaw and Gilbee are the go, if your not sure run a poll.

I would take Gilbee in my side.

Hydra

Gilbee, Hurn or Enright are all good picks :).

Griffo1982

I wouldnt be to worried about a B/E of 130 for Enright cuz he could easily get close to that or at worst he'll score around 100 which i'd doubt would make his price drop all that much.

Thanks all.

Leaning towards one of Enright, Hurn or H Shaw. Gilbee is a little too rich for my liking currently.

Was hoping to get away with a $500k spend on an upgrade and use remaining cash elsewhere...

Enright seems like the safer bet than any though?

Shaw is a sure thing. You really need to look at who is in form not just as a single player but also their team.

yea enright hurn or shaw - doesn't matter who! i wouldn't say shaw is a sure thing - has already missed one week with hammy tightness this year - is prone to it! enright would be the best bet i think mate but it really doesn't matter all good prems. i've had hurn from the start, did get 2 weeks for high bump but he hasn't set the world on fire yet, has only had a 20 disposal game once (round) - and lowest score has been 90. his kicking ability is freakish - when he gets a fair bit of it he will smash SC points!!!
