How many cash cows do you want by round 5?

I'm third in a league with a strong top 8 and some easy beats down below, my draw looks pretty good over the next few weeks and I'm happy to sacrifice some points to build a solid base.  This week I will trade Hentschell>Pods and J Jacky>Rockliffe. Both payers need trading (bad picks to start with).

This will now give me 5 trades used, about $450k cash plus lots of price rising players: Pods, Rockliff, Duncan, Barlow, J Lewis, Bastinac, Jack Trengove, R Warnock.

Have I gone overboard with jumping on cash cows?  Anyone else worried that they might end up with cash galore but no trades left by finals?  I'm in financial markets an very interested in return on equity (ROE).  These two guys seem too good to pass up.  I feel like I want to slowly build an empire here.

you need a balance between cash cows and trades.
with 5 trades used after rd 5 this does not seem too bad going with the following poll for 4 rds:
