Trade Tippo out for either Nic Nat or Seaby

I've got Tippett in the rucks and I dont have Lobbe to rotate him up forward. Which ruckman would be the best trade option, or should I not trade at all. I have 40k in bank.

read around this question has been answered, Kreuzer (not sure if u have enough) if you have Voldt though downgrade him and get Kreuz
