The first option is the best.
Tuck's numbers were impressive in the 2nd half of last year, how will they be affected if Cogs and Cuz get games?
I think Selwood's numbers will get even better, you could even try a straight swap Selwood for Bartel, but only if the extra cash would genuinely benefit you elsewhere.
Otherwise leave as is.
