ok, so i am still unsure on what path to take,
do i go s. hill, rich, henstchel on the field with more guns,
or
do i have those 3 on bench with more medium priced players in the team like
grimes, grigg etc
thoughts
and suggestions

s. hill d. rich and hentschel are probably too expensive to sit on the bench. i believe there's better value to be had in 86k players on the bench and if you have to start a hill or hentschel then so be it. pick the guns because they score well regardless whereas grimes or grigg could yo-yo wildly (scores between 40 and 120) round the average of 75, 80. (good value for their price but would you rather 2 75s = 150, and not know who of them to trade out, or a gun who averages 100 + a guy who averages 50-60 and still goes up hugely in value and you don't mind trading him out)

Scratchy, I believe u just talked completely out ur arse.

What does that even mean?

I would start hill on the bench because I think there is only 1 86k player of good value and dont want to waste a spot in my team.

I havent picked rich, as yet, Ive gone for a mid priced mid as my 7th player and 2 86k players on my bench, believe these players r better value.

Cant go past hentschell, he gets a gig in the 22.

I dont necessaerily think its a matter of choosing a rookie/prem strategy compared with a mid priced strategy. The players have to b compared with others in that position and then picked on whether they r good value.

Im going with different strategies in different sections of the ground depending on where I think the potential is.

Yeah sorry I couldn't be bothered punctuating and stuff.
Basically in summary I said,
In general I don't waste money by putting 120, 130, 140, 150k players on my bench. I put them on field, and have 86k guys on the bench.
Second, there is nothing wrong with having mid-priced players.

He was asking whether to put players like Hill, Rich and Hentschel on field. I say yes, and have guns. Because the final aim is to have guns, and it helps if you start with more.

He was comparing that with putting those relatively expensive players on the bench, and having Grimes, Grigg etc on field. Nothing wrong with having players like Grimes and Grigg on the field, but your bench players probably should be 86k instead of ~130k.

In any case Crows fans know Walker and Hentschel just need to maintain fitness to play 22 games.
