Timeline and dates for the off season:

Sunday 18tht August - Draft orders finalised and published.

Monday 19th August Trade Period 1 commences

Saturday 22nd November Trade Period 1 finalises (gives a few days for objections prior to draft)

Nov 27th and 28th - AFL Draft

November 30th Final draft orders published

December 2nd Final date for de-listing of players and list lodgement

December 3rd Drafts commences

Closure of Trade Period 2 TBC

Due to changes in the AFL timetable with a 3rd DFA Draft starting 28th November need to push final de-listings and drafts back a little. This in fairness to players who may be picked up in 3rd draft prior to clubs list lodgement on 2nd December.
