Belgium Bashers (24.9.153) def Macedonian Wolves (21.6.132)                  

Belgium are back to there normal scoring with a Divine game by Yeo and some 2017 form from Dusty. Wolves where good but looked lost without Matt Crouch at captain. Tim Kelly just didnt come close to filling his shoes.

Swiss Storm (22.6.138) lost to Belarus Bison (23.8.146)               

Bison have gone from Spoon favorite to contender out of knowhere. They picked the captain correct and pretty much everything else went their way. Storm where fine but not against the new look Bison.

Croation Crushers (21.9.135) def English Lions (20.11.131)                  

Crushers hang on with HGA after Captain Cripps almost lost them the game (not used to saying that phrase).

Russian Roulettes (21.8.134) lost to Spanish Stallions (25.8.158)                  

Spain is pretty happy to have Whitfield back, how about this for an amazing stat. Whitfield beat the other 3 defenders combined by 50+ points. Taranto Mundy and Neale where also monsters. Russia was good they just didnt have any superstar performances.

great all round game by greece making good use of the HGA. On the other side all the good work of JZ was negated by the shocker by BBB.

Iceland Polar Bears (21.10.136) def Hungarian Hulks (20.6.126)                  

Hulks with an ok score but once again not enough to pick up the win. The forward line and utility where dismal as they they have been all season. Iceland not much better but they have Hurn so that was enough.
