Really good team structurely

Acres is the only pick I’m unsure on. He started last year very well from memory. Do you think he can become more consistent throughout 2019?

Yeah good spread of cash.
I like Sicily, having picked him from the start this year, his game/role is suited to SC and will get better. Just hard to fit him in at the price with so many options, in particular Whitfield who is 70k cheaper and will play mid. Could be a handy Pod though.

Acres started like a house on fire but as above can he sustain it? Seen him in quite a  few teams on different sites. Has to be better than Billings, right? Gresham is another Saint I've seen a bit too.

You seem to have a decent spread of bye players among the premos.

With so many safe fwd premo fwds available, is Acres worth the risk? and with Hanners coming in may hurt his mid time?

Cheers for comments Acres did start well last year then got injured and missed ten games , 24 years old just taking a punt he can go next level , will get to comment on your teams as well  ;)

The Acres selection is my only concern, because by starting him you're basically expecting to him to beat/match all of the other higher averaging forwards, which I can't see him doing

Nice evenly balanced team Mr s. BUT no Dusty ? He strikes me as a proud very team orientated player who will be personally mortified by his preliminary final performance. I personally think he'll go nuclear at the start of the season, even started training early. If Acres starts next season the same way the worst you can do is make early money and points and use him as a stepping stone if he slacks off. Nice team, best of luck mate.

Yeah well I still have 45K in the bank so there are plenty of other players around his price and a bit higher Gunston , Gray , McLean , Dunkley and even JRoo interested to see how he will be used with Lynch there he could be let off the leash ?

Yes mate Dusty is well and truly in the picture when I look at the bye situation he might be straight in or if I don't have to start the mid pricers I have in each line he will be in and agree think he will bounce back  ;)

I initially had Acres in my starting lineup last year over Billings.

Pity I change my mind before round 1 (even though he missed a few weeks with injury)
