Played around a little the past week and heres what Ive come up with so far.

DEF: E.Yeo, R.Laird, M.Hibberd, J.Lloyd, C.Oshea, E.Richards (T.Doedee, S.Murray)

MID: P.Dangerfield, D.Martin, M.Crouch, N.Fyfe, S.Pendlebury, Cripps, L.Davies-Uniake, Z.Baily (J.Garlett, T.Kelly, N.Holman)

RUCK: M.Gawn, S.Lycett (T.English)

FWD: I.Heeney, R.Gray, A.Christensen, J.Stephenson, B.Starcevic, P.Ahern (W.Rioli, L.Ryan)

I'd like to save money in the rucks and forwards as I'm finding it much harder to pick the top premiums in these lines so would rather wait and see. Will depend on how many rookies are available as well.

Money Shot

Defenders and Mids are really strong and I can't fault any of the premium selections.

Lycett if he plays will be a good choice In my opinion and should be good for 70 at worst which will make money and allow you too see who the number one ruck is. My concern is with Nic Nat getting close to being fit and Vardy doing everything perfect last year he could be in one week and out the next.

Forward line is weak but that is understandable, Heeney should be the number one forward come seasons end so like that pick, Christensen will be a great pick up in my opinion as by all reports he is flying. Gray on the otherhand is a concern though and the round 10 bye alone is enough to put me off him but considering he was injured/ill for a lot of last year and also a role change being likely with Rocky, Motlop and Watts coming in I am steering clear.

Apart from Gray I really like this team (I am wary of Lycett's security though)

shaker

Hard to tell ATM which line we can load the rookies up in but FWD line looks to weak Lycett might be a good pick if NN knee blows up before the season but if it dose not I would steer clear rest of the team looks good

Ringo

Not a bad side but like most sides at the moment going a little weak in forward lines.

Agree with comments on Lycett,

Personally think "Bundy" Christensen is a little risky for R3 - I have him at R4. So unless upgraded in forward line by Rd 10 you will need 4 playing rookie forwards to cover Grays bye.

Thought's on my strong forward line team? I changed things round a little bit and went with 5 solid forwards with the lack of rookies there. I may well switch one of those forwards back out for Christensen and bring Danger back for Merrett/Crouch if named round 1.

DEF: Laird, Hibberd, Lloyd, Siciliy, Murray, Finlayson (Doedee, Mihocek)

MID: Martin, M.Crouch, Merrett, Fyfe, Cripps, Brayshaw, Banfield, T.Kelly (Barry, Constable, Holman)

RUCK: Gawn, Lycett (Olango)

FWD: Heeney, Greene, Billings, Walters, McLean, Fritsch (Ryan, Garlett)

14k in the bank.

I like the team. You've managed to get great depth in all lines while still covering M6 with a secure rookie. Reckon the backline is really strong and could give you an edge due to all the backlines with three rookies on the field. It's basically the same structure as mine, except I've got Coffield at D4 with Sicily down forward to cover the lack of rookies.

Mids is pretty solid, and Zerrett and Crouch could be great uniques. Would probably go Titch over Dusty but they're practically the same price anyway, and with Danger in doubt, why not get Dusty in there. You might be a bit behind as many mids are batting 6 deep, but you've compensated with that stacked forward line.

Rucks is a bit iffy, dunno about Lycett's job security. If Nic Nat and Vardy return then you could be in a bit of strife there, but it does save cash. Comes down to whether you reckon Lycett can hold that position, because I doubt he'll make more than 150K, and then you'll be stuck with a midpriced maxed out ruckman.

Forward line is bloody strong, love the three 500K+ players. Would probably only go with one of Walters and McLean, downgrade one to Bundy, and then splash the cash either to upgrade Lycett or the mids. That's just my opinion though.

Great all round team.

Lycett as ruck worries me given that Nat may play Rd 1 but definitely R2 leaving him vulnerable.

Any interest in Keeffe on forward bench to provide flexibility with Sicily. Personally would have Sicily at F5 in place of McLean and Keeffe on defense bench. It would appear that there are a number of defense rookie options.

Think a balance between your first and second teams would be the go.
First had strong mids, weak fwds second strong fwds weak mids.
I'd look at dropping McLean, move Sicily fwd and get a back rookie.
Then use cash to get Coniglio in mids or even premo ruck for Lycett if u go cold on him ( as I am atm.)
