I have exactly $1,700,000 left to fill those three gaps.
The most appealing setup right now looks to be Lloyd, Kelly and Bont.
However I could take a risk with a Witherden/Burton/Shaw type option down back, all similarly priced to Lloyd.
For my 600k mid M.Crouch/Neale look great too.
And then a ~550k mid, there are so many options like Beams/Rocky/Jelwood/Parker.

Or I could just completely change plan and go 2 x 550k mids and upgrade to another 550k def like Hibberd/Yeo.

What are your thoughts?

O'Shea at D4 is way too risky, think you need to upgrade to Birch. I'd then look at Simpson or Roberton for the last defensive post. Not sure how much left but if you need to free up cash then Blakely to Coniglio could get the job done. Beams, Cripps, Jelwood etc.

Cheers Bully, been admiring your work for a long time on these forums.
What are your thoughts on starting with Selwood? My thinking is that he averaged 110 last year if you take out his injury-impacted games (inc the score of 3), he doesn't have to compete with Ablett and Dangerfield early as much as he will later in the season (due to their injuries so they're more likely to play forward), and he's 100% fit at the moment. So perhaps hold him until his bye/until he gets concussed and then trade out for someone like Rocky or Beams?

Also what do you think of my fwd line depth, most people have Devon at F3, I've even seen him at F2 once or twice amazingly, but is having him at F4 too deep, especially with Rioli after him at F5? I am just very scared by the lack of fwd rookie options, Fristch is the only one who's impressed me, and I doubt Fogarty will cement his spot.

As I have commented on a few teams now think Sicily is a little weak at D3.

Think most teams will have 2 of the Big 3 Martin, Mitchell or Danger. However like your choices though.

My suggestion would be move Sicily to F4 and swap Keffe back to defense bench. Then Downgrade one of Smith or McLean to say Garlett who will play and then upgrade to a prem defender as D3, Savage, Lloyd or Hurley would make a solid D3.

Would you recommend this:
Sicily > Savage (-80k)
Selwood > Beams (+5k)
Rioli > Bundy (+50k)

This leaves me with no left over cash, compared the the 25k left over with the current team.

Not having Fyfe is a sin... Go close to best average this year. I think it's a big 5 this year (Danger, Dusty, Mitchell, Kelly, Fyfe)
In my latest team i'm running weaker at D3 so i think it's fine. Not a fan of McLean...

Ringo means:
Put Sicily in fwd line for Keefe
Downgrade McLean to Garlett
I'd probably then upgrade Keefe or Murphy to Savage

your team would then look like this
