Could keep the money in the bank for when Dangerfield comes back so you don't have to do much to get him in.

Would get Danger in if he plays.

or if not turn Rayner into a Libba type.
Fogarty/Coffield into Sicily is also an option.

I'd consider spending 110k getting JOM/Armo in for Rayner. With Rayner needing to improve his tank he'll play fwd and start slow imo. If he kills it early and JOM/Armo bomb you can use a correction trade round 3. Or grab another rookie u may have missed.
Save the remaining dollars for getting Danger if needed. If u dont want Danger u could swap Hurley for a cheaper option around Savage's price point, and upgrade Rayner to a Beams/Bont/Parker price player.Rest of team looks good.
